The narrows must be seen to be believed. It’s a miracle of nature. If you decide to make a loop out of the hike, seeing the Bowl of Fire from the saddle is one of the most dramatic sights at Lake Mead.

The narrows was fantastic but the pictures don’t do it justice. The views from the peak were also dramatic. I almost didn’t make it back to the truck before dark thanks to the “shortcut” I made. Ooops!!
