The first thing we did on our trip to Alaska was visit Kincaid Park which is the major trail that takes you from one end of Anchorage to the other. We had to turn back for some bug spray due to the deluge of mosquitoes before heading out for real. The park and trail was beautiful, especially when an eagle landed 10-20 yards from a picnic area.
