The initial hill up to the up Plymouth Creek Trail to the Plymouth Mountain Trail is pretty steep and I was wheezing like an old man, but the views are spectacular. I would definitely do this trail again. The views on the trail are better than the overlook, so skip the overlook if you are tired.
I also saw the most wildlife on this trail including deer, a squirrel with amazing ear, a couple snakes, and a couple of lizards.
