Seven Falls

Distance:         8.0 miles one way

Difficulty:        Easy

Hiking Time:    3 hours

Elevation:        2,800 to 3,300 feet

Surrounded by the soaring canyon walls, Seven Falls is one of the more alluring wonders of the Santa Catalina Mountains.  Dropping Through a staircase of pools, the cool water of Bear Creek tempts hikers to linger a bit.  Because it is short and easy, this hike is quite popular.  But regardless of crowds, Seven Falls is a destination well worth visiting.

This was a very pleasant hike with some very interesting views.  The falls were a major disappointment.  I liked Tucson very much as it seems to have a very home town feel.  A Great place to winter, I figure.
